The Green Print: Elevation Report

The Green Print is more than a consulting and real estate advisory firm. It is a movement dedicated to creating opportunity, ownership, and legacy in cannabis, hospitality, and restaurants. For generations, Black and marginalized communities were excluded from industries that were part of their culture. Prohibition and systemic barriers stripped families and entrepreneurs of wealth, ownership, and the chance to thrive. The Green Print exists to restore what was lost, to reclaim opportunity, and to build pathways for lasting success.

Our mission is rooted in empowerment and equity. We help Black entrepreneurs and underrepresented operators navigate the complex worlds of cannabis, hospitality, and commercial real estate. Whether it’s identifying strategic properties, understanding licensing requirements, designing operational workflows, or guiding financial planning, The Green Print provides the knowledge, resources, and strategic support needed to transform ideas into thriving businesses.
