Natasha Belizaire is the founder of The Green Print, a consulting and real estate advisory firm specializing in cannabis, restaurant, and hospitality ventures. She is a licensed commercial real estate broker in New York and New Jersey and holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University (JWU).
Natasha began her career in restaurants, quickly advancing from bartender and server to leadership roles. She has opened new locations for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, managed operations at TGI Fridays, and led high-performing teams at Restaurant 365, combining operational expertise with business growth strategies.
Today, Natasha helps cannabis and hospitality operators navigate real estate, licensing, and project development, integrating her deep knowledge of both industries to create innovative, profitable, and compliant ventures.
